It’s quite simple to work out the likelyhood of winning:
53 thousand instant win or collect to win prizes out there.
Mcdonalds serve on average 2.7 million customers per day.
I assume this promotion is quite effective, since they’ve done it 4 years running now, so lets say 3 million customers per day.
Promotion runs for 30 days, so 90 million customers.
Assume each customer gets on average 4 stickers. This is a tricky one as a mum buying 4 meals for her and the kids is still one customer, and lots of people just get a coke and a double cheeseburger, but I think 4 sounds about right.
So, 90 million customers x 4 stickers each = 360 million stickers in total
360 million stickers and 53 thousand prizes. The odds of winning don’t seem that good to me, about 6000 to 1.

The amount of people I’ve seen put packaging in the bin without taking the stickers off is unbelievable so the chances are very low I’d say!

Not bad Wizard except that you’re only including the prizes on the game board and not the thousands of other Instant Win possibilities. I’d say the chances of getting an Instant Win (like Small Fries or Sugar Donut) are about 20 to 1.

So here I am on my walk to mcdonalds… And when i get they’re I buy a big mac and 3 large chips to take home… End up winning the usual (fenchurch, pall mall and other commons) when I see something, something so rare, so beautiful. I saw a hole reel of mcdonalds monopoly stickers. This reel looks like gaffa tape, it was huge, I’d say it had at least 5000 stickers. Unluckily for me I wasn’t wearing a hood and facemaskso I didn’t turn into a masked thief. But it struck me how easy it would be just to run behind the counter rob it and win a heck of stuff!!!

I won the play online £50 but its been 2 weeks and I still haven’t had anything come in the post for me…. Does anybody know how long it should take or what I should do if it never comes because they just can’t scam people like that
There is only one Mayfair out there in the world, someone has already found it and there is no point in trying to trade things for it cuz no one will trade half a million pounds for anything! Just think about it , would you trade it?
