5.1 To Redeem £500k Cash, a Car, a Holiday, £500 BUYAGIFT.COM voucher or a £500 LITTLEWOODS.COM credit prize claims:
5.1.1 Do NOT take your winning Sticker(s) to a McDonald’s restaurant; staff and managers have no authority to verify any of these prize claims; you will first have to send your Sticker or Stickers to the Promoter for verification before any of these prize-types can be awarded.
5.1.2 Phone between 08.30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday(inclusive)the free Claims line printed on your winning Instant Win Sticker or on one of the complete set of winning Property Set Stickers by no later than 10th June 2011. You will need to provide the requested information, which will include the description and unique 10 character code printed on each Sticker, your date of birth (to confirm eligibility), phone number and your full name and UK residential postal address. If you are under 18 you will be asked to have your parent or legal guardian speak to us instead of you so that we can confirm your parent’s/legal guardian’s address so that the claim form can be sent to your parent/legal guardian to make the claim. Calls may be recorded for the purposes of promotional security.
5.1.3 The Promoter will then send you or your parent/legal guardian (as applicable) a declaration form. The declaration form may (at the Promoter’s discretion) include provision for the winner (and the companion or companions for a Holiday prize) to release the Promoter and others concerned with this Promotion from responsibility or liability for various claims in respect of the prizes, which must be completed. Please expect to receive this within 5 working days of the date of your conversation. PLEASE NOTE it is the responsibility of you or your parent/legal guardian (as applicable) to ring the Claims line printed on your Sticker again if you or your parent/legal guardian (as appropriate) do not receive the declaration form, as the Promoter can not be responsible for delays or losses in the post.
5.1.4 YOU OR (if you are under 18) YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN (as applicable) MUST SEND:-
•your Instant Win Sticker or Property Set Stickers for your prize-claim (which may be affixed to a Game Board, but do not have to be affixed), and your declaration form
to arrive by NO LATER THAN 24th JUNE 2011 at the address notified to you by the Claims line. If these items are not received in the same envelope by this date then your claim will lapse and any related Sticker(s) will become void.

Do not put any other Stickers in the same envelope. If you are submitting a Property Set and you have affixed not just your Property Set Stickers but also your other Stickers, then detach only that section with the Property Set Stickers from the Game Board and submit that instead of the whole Game Board.
5.1.5 The Promoter will send each winner a pre-printed Special Delivery envelope (without any obligation to do so) in which to send Stickers for a claim, together with any declaration or other forms that may be applicable. It is up to the winner as to whether that envelope is used (or if another is used and sent at the winner’s own cost) and, if so, whether or not it is registered as and sent by Special Delivery from a Post Office.
